Job Description

Responsibility/Challenge/Opportunity:

· Simplify business processes by automating the gathering, analysis, and reporting of metrics

· Support market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor‘s analysis

· Apply quantitative analysis, and statistics to understand and influence customer shopping behavior, research and compiling data about customer and industry trends & segmentation.

· Evaluate available data sources such as point-of- sale data, CRM data, actionable reporting

· Assist in maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing other data-related problems.

· Gather data from corporate databases or from a variety of public sources.

· Other activities related to business analyzing and process.

Skills/experience You need to be Successful

a. General:

3rd & 4th student faculty in Business Administration/ Business Analyst/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Economics or related areas

b. Experience & Skills:

· Beginners eager to explore and work hands-on in business analysis.

· Interested in optimizing business processes and analyzing data.

· Willing to learn, with logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Have basic knowledge of Excel, data, or analytical tools

· Are proactive, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a tech-driven environment.

· Careful, proactive, committed to deadline and results-driven

· Thorough, paying attention to details

· Good English communication is a plus

c. Nice to have:

· Preferably with related work experience
